Upon realizing I had misplaced my wallet, the staff went above and beyond to help me locate it, showing great care and concern for their guests. the ironing facilities were top-notch, saving me time and ensuring I looked my best for a special event. the provision of high-quality tea and coffee facilities added an extra touch of luxury to my mornings. With free toiletries provided, I felt pampered and well-taken care of. Conveniently located near various dining options, including the delicious Sonali - Bombay Brasserie, and just a short distance from McDonald's, the hotel's prime location only added to the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay with unparalleled service and amenities.
